Plant Warranty

Company warrants all plants installed by Company for one year from the date of installation if installed and maintained in accordance with the standards set forth below. Warrantied plants that die within one year from the date of installation will be replaced one time only by Company at no additional cost to Client. 

Plants must be properly watered and cared for by Client after installation. The plant warranty will not apply to (i) plants that die due to improper care, (ii) plants killed or damaged by animals, pests, insects, abnormal weather conditions, improper weeding, or trauma caused by accident, Act of God, vandalism, or other intentional act, (iii) plants installed by Company and subsequently adjusted, moved, or modified by someone other than Company. 

Replacement plants will be, to the extent possible, the same size as the original plant. In some cases, depending on availability at the time of replacement, the new plant may be smaller or larger than the failed plant. Company reserves the right to replace the original plant with a different species, or place it in a different location, if Company determines that a different species or location is more suitable.
